About MYNT

Built by people
who make cards

MYNT designs and manufactures premium metal payment cards, and runs the card programs that put them in hands, from our facility in Loves Park, Illinois.

Our story

Metal first,
from the ground up

The metal card business grew up on machinery built for plastic. Long lead times, rigid tooling and hybrid constructions with a thin metal core are the result.

MYNT was founded in 2024 to rebuild the process around metal: laser sheeting and CNC singulation that take a sheet from 47 minutes to under five, specialty inks printed straight onto the metal, and card constructions that are almost entirely metal. Set one down and it rings.

We pair that manufacturing with program design, so a school, a brand or a community can go from first conversation to cards in hand with one accountable team.

2024Founded in Illinois, on a manufacturing floor that has been printing since 1963.
5×Faster sheet production with on-site laser sheeting and CNC singulation.
50+Patent filings across materials, coatings and metal card manufacturing.
Leadership

The partners

Co-founder · Operations

Jason Yost

Jason is a manufacturing operator with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling and steadying production businesses under real-world constraints.

He bootstrapped Fetch Graphics from a spare bedroom into a profitable operation, then merged it into Rockford Silk Screen Process to create a larger, vertically integrated manufacturing platform. As President and co-owner, he grew the business past $10 million in annual revenue.

His strength is disciplined execution: restructuring teams, tightening qualification and inspection standards, and restoring delivery performance when supply chains push back.

At MYNT, Jason leads operations, vertical integration and production scale.

Co-founder · Product and manufacturing

Aaron Tucker

Aaron is a repeat operator in issuer-grade card manufacturing. He built and scaled a card production platform that made millions of premium cards for payment, government and institutional programs, leading the facility design, operating procedures, quality systems and compliance path those programs require.

In parallel, he developed globally issued prepaid card programs with wallet services, mobile apps and API infrastructure, joining production, personalization and fulfillment into one model.

He then engineered a second-generation manufacturing approach built only for metal, the subject of more than 50 patent filings, that reduces equipment complexity, labor and per-card cost while improving durability and finish.

At MYNT, Aaron leads product architecture, manufacturing strategy and issuer relationships.
